Introduction to the Retro Computer Museum

Hello and a warm welcome to the web site of the Retro Computer Museum, we do hope that you enjoy browsing our website, especially if you are a fan of classic home computer systems!

What we want to achieve:

We have a pretty unique aim, we intend to find premises to set up a retro computer and console museum eventually combined with a wheat free tea room, somewhere in Leicestershire, UK.

The reason we want to set up the museum is that we have a large collection of retro computers and consoles which we have collected over a long period of time, spanning at least the past 30 years, we want to share these wonderful machines with everybody!!!

The reason for the Wheat Free Tea Room is that myself and two of my daughters are wheat intolerant and my wife is a fantastic cook!! Her cooking is so good that it would be a shame not to be able to share it with everyone!

So Far So Good:

We have already received donations of systems from some very good friends, we really appreciate these donations, please browse the site and if you like the look of what we are doing, please do feel free to contact us to let us know! Also if you have a retro machine that you would like to donate to the cause, all are gratefully accepted! Thank you so much for your support.

Our collection now covers over 200 systems and continues to grow, but we still appreciate any and all donations that we receive. We have had five Gaming Open Days to date, and all have been successful.

The people who have donated something to this project are all listed on this website under the Donators button.

You can contact us via the Contact Us button above or by mobile on 07519 816 283.
