The pricing is very reasonable, and the snacks and drinks are cheap as well

The staff I spoke to were very friendly and I could have easily have spent most of the day chatting to them. Definitely a place I want to revisit in future.
I would say give yourself a good few hours if you want to have a good look round and play on everything. But do visit if retro computing is your thing. =)

There are also items for sale so you can take home a piece of nostalgia.

  As an avid fan of computer games and a player since way back, I was pleased to discover this little gem on my doorstep. The building is a very unassuming... read more place in the middle of an industrial estate, but then what does that matter as it is the content that appeals. Your entry price gets you unlimited play on any machine of your dreams. The staff is very friendly and knowledgable. Quick to help you out or even help you find your favourite blast from the past. They have consoles dating back to the invention of consoles, as well as several arcade rigs set up with literally thousands of titles for you to play. They also have all the home (and school!) computer systems that you might remember from growing up. I asked to play 'Grannies Garden' as I remembered it from school, and they found it and booted it up for me. Even when there was a problem in the game, one of the staff members was able to edit the code and fix it for me there and then, which was fantastic. There were loads of different offerings and a regular flux of people though most, like myself, had clearly decided to install themselves in the place for the day. It was definitely worth a trip, and I will be going back. The visitors were a mix of adults like myself and children who were enjoying the gaming of the past for the first time.
