We started off with a tour of the museum where the guys explained to us how everything works then we were free to play any game of choice. The guys were happy to help with any questions or problems regarding the consoles. If you were into games (Spectrum, Commodore 16, 32, 64, 128, Nintendo, Sega, etc) from the 80's onwards then you have to pay The Retro Gaming Museum a visit. I'll certainly be visiting again in the near future.

The staff were friendly and enthusiastic as was Andy the curator who was happy to take the time to share some of his expansive knowledge and enthusiasm onto myself and my two boys. He even kindly gave me a copy of a DVD he made called "Memoirs of a Spectrum Addict" which in itself should be saved as a historic documentary on the thoughts of the many developers and programmers at the time. A truly wonderful place and well worth the very reasonable entrance fee. If we didn't live 3 hours away we would be back a lot more often!

The staff are amazing and full of knowledge and I was amazed by the huge well maintained software library.

This is also a great place for kids of today. My daughter had great fun playing some old classic title which I played as a kid which just seem surreal to see. The place is like a time machine.

  Great time!  - Really good time as always, friendly staff and being able to play with all of the old tech is brilliant! My teenagers also enjoyed getting involved.
