  Visited the Retro Computer Museum multiple times and had always been a pleasurable experience. The volunteers are friendly, helpful and accommodating. The place offers a WIDE range of computers /... read more video games that are there to be used and played and not stuck behind glass like a traditional museum.
There are also items for sale so you can take home a piece of nostalgia.

Food / drink available and good for children / families.

For myself, I had an opportunity to play on some of the machines I'd only seen in magazines but never owned or used - such as the Sam Coupe and the Vectrex (a particular highlight)

The staff are great and the atmosphere is brill - like being in a giant gaming lounge with several play areas and some space to sit and have a cup to tea and a snack (at very cheap prices). We would like to go back some day!
