The event is running from 7pm-11.30pm. Set up any time after 4pm. There is parking onsite accessed via Prebend Street just off London Road.
The formal sit down meal will be 8pm-10pm
They wish to use the kit from 7pm-8pm and then 10pm-11.30pm.
They asked if we wanted to join them for the meal, I said that it would be easier for you to get food elsewhere.
