About Us

At Swannington Pre-School Playgroup [SPSPG] parents can be confident in the knowledge that we are providing a safe,
fun and learning environment in which their children can play, paint, make and build things, learn songs and rhymes,
listen to stories and use their imagination, as well as take part in physical ‘gross motor skill’ activities.

To attend our playgroup, your child must be two years of age. A ‘Key Person’ will be chosen for your child.
A Key Person – a member of playgroup staff - each have special responsibilities for working with a small
number of children; giving them the reassurances they need to feel safe and cared for. A Key Person will also
work in partnership with their chosen children’s parents to help provide a consistent approach to each child’s
learning and development.
