Safety

Safety is of paramount importance to us.

The outside front door will be locked once playgroup has started to keep the children in and strangers out. The two
outside doors/fire exits from the main hall are both alarmed during playgroup hours.

Fire drills are practiced regularly in preparation for any emergencies.

If anyone other than yourself is going to collect your child from playgroup, please inform a member of staff.
You will be given a form to fill in when your child starts, so that playgroup has your current contact details in case of
emergencies. Please make sure that you have the mobile number for playgroup so that you can easily contact us
should the need arise.

**We would like to emphasize the need to use the rear car park as you drop off and collect your children rather than
park on the road outside. Plus may we ask that you drive slowly in the car park
