Committee

Swannington Pre-School Playgroup is run by a committee.

* Without this committee the playgroup would not be able to run *

The committee generally meets about once every 4-6 weeks for a short meeting to plan fundraising events, open
mornings and children’s events such as the customary summer outing. We would welcome any parent or carer who
wishes to join us, as new members are always needed and resigning officers do need to be replaced from time to time.

We would be grateful for any help or input that can be given; a parental suggestion box is in place for parents to use as an
alternative way of communication with Staff or the Committee. Notices are put up in advance of the meetings
and anyone is free to come along.

Please come along and support your Playgroup.

The committee is vitally important!
